Do you have an office?
No, we don't. Having an office would mean making our expenses go higher, hence making our prices go up. Our goal is to offer the best service at the most competitive price.
Do you have a marketing budget?
No, we don't. Our only marketing is our customers' satisfaction. Our customers are our best salespeople.
Will you answer the phone right away?
We might not answer the phone right when you call. At that moment we are probably giving our full attention to some other customer. Please leave a message or send us a mail. We will get back to you ASAP. And it will really be as soon as possible, not the eternal wait you get to endure when you contact with a big company, we assure you.
What geographical area do you cover?
We cover the whole of Spain, we have personally selected collaborators all over the country that allow us to answer to your needs as quickly as you demand.
Are you able to attend English speaking customers?
Yes, we are. We can service you -or your customers- in English. We have ample experience working support for big multi-national companies in which English is the work language.
What brands do you work with?
We can adapt to your brand needs. We have a great provider network that covers all the main brands in the market. If you need to work with certain products we adapt to your desires and needs.
Do you only lend IT services?
No, we don't. Thanks to our extensive collaborator network we have professionals in all industry and service sectors. If you have any doubts about any need that arises on your day to day operation we can get you in contact with professionals that will help you.
Are you consultants?
No way. We don't presume to know more than you about your business, and we won't bury you in reams of paper to justify a big bill. We charge for what we do, and we do it great. No convoluted stories.
